How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy peasy lemon squeazy.

  • Click on account in the menu

  • Follow the steps provided to create an account.

  • You will receive an email to confirm your account.

  • Follow the link in the email to active your account.

  • You will be redirected to our website where you can log in!

How do I edit my account details?

You can change the details of your account at any time in your account dashboard. To make changes to your name, password, email address, phone number, delivery address or pet profiles.

How can I have my data completely removed from Suitical?

To have your data completely deleted from the Suitical system, please contact us at sales@suitical.com.

Our team will ensure all your information is permanently removed from our records.

Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to handling your personal information with the utmost care and respect.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, it is not necessary to create an account to place an order on our website.

What is the delivery time and what are the costs?

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

In most cases, your order will arrive within 1โ€“5 business days. This depends on your address.

Please note: during busy periods, such as holidays or vacation seasons, delivery may take a little longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for deliveries to addresses within the United States!

My order has not been delivered

Youโ€™ve been waiting for your package, but the estimated delivery date has passed and it still hasnโ€™t arrived?

Our delivery partners do their best to get your package to you on time. However, in rare cases, delays may occurโ€”especially during busy holiday seasons or when there are traffic disruptions or strikes in certain regions.

Hereโ€™s what we recommend:

  • Check the tracking information to see if your package was delivered to a pickup point.

  • Ask your neighbors or nearby businesses if they may have received the package on your behalf.

  • Check around the outside of your homeโ€”the package may have been placed somewhere not immediately visible.

Can I cancel my order?

Once payment has been completed, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. All orders are processed and shipped immediately through an automated system. We understand this may be frustrating, but unfortunately, canceling is not as simple as clicking a red button.

However, you can return your order.

If you no longer wish to receive your order, you have two options:

  1. Refuse the delivery when it arrives. The package will then be returned to our warehouse automatically. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund.

  2. Return the package yourself within 14 days of delivery. If you choose this option, youโ€™ll find all return instructions and information on this page.

My payment was declined, what should I do?

To help ensure your payment goes through when placing a new order, we recommend checking the following:

  • Verify your card details to make sure all information is correctโ€”such as the expiration date and billing address.

  • Make sure the security code (CVV) is entered correctly.

  • Your bank may have declined the payment. Since they donโ€™t share the reason with us, itโ€™s best to contact your bank directly for more information.

  • If everything appears to be correct, try using a different card.

Items are missing from my order

Has your order arrived, but some items are missing?

Weโ€™re truly sorry to hear something went wrongโ€”this is definitely not the experience we want you to have! But donโ€™t worry, weโ€™re here to make it right as quickly as possible.

Please contact our customer service team and include the following:

  • A photo of the outside of the box

  • A photo of the packing slip from inside the box

  • A photo of the items you did receive

  • Your order number
