Suitical.com reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer in stock at the time of processing. You will be notified if this occurs.
Delivery times may be delayed due to national holidays.
Holidays vary by country and can affect both shipping and delivery times.
Orders placed just before or during a national holiday may be processed with a slight delay.
How much is shipping and when will my package arrive within the US?
We are proud to offer you FREE standard shipping on all products. Orders are shipped from our US warehousing partner eShipping, based in Chicago. Depending on your address, delivery takes 1-5 business days on average.
Can I update or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been confirmed in our system, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for order processing. Due to this, we are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted in our system. However, please review our return policy below if you wish to receive a different size or refund for your item(s) once they arrive.
Returns
Before starting your return, please ensure that all items being sent back are unused, unwashed, and free of hair. Suitical does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to chewing or biting.
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the above conditions are met.
If you would like to return all or part of your order and your items meet the return criteria, please follow the instructions below to initiate the return process.
If you purchased your item through another (online) retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange your return.
Please note that Suitical does not cover return shipping costs. You are free to choose your preferred shipping provider to send the items back.

Before returning your product, please complete our Return Form below. You will need your order number, date of purchase, and the product number, which can be found in your confirmation email.Package the product(s) properly
Please pack the return item(s) securelyโpreferably in the original packaging it was delivered in, if still available. Make sure to clearly write โRMA + your order numberโ on the outside of the package. If you still have the original packing list, including it in the return shipment will greatly help our return team process your return more efficiently.Send the package to our return address

Returns are at your own expense. We do not provide a return label, and you are free to choose your preferred shipping carrier. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee the arrival of your return.

No, we only offer monetary refunds to your original payment method. Store credit or gift cards are not available for returns.
