Promotional conditions

01. General Promotional Conditions

  • No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or participate in any Suitical promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Each promotion has a specific start and end date, as indicated in the respective announcement.

  • Promotions are only valid in the designated regions and through authorized Suitical platforms.

  • Discounts, coupons, or promotional offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise specified.

  • If a promotion requires a minimum purchase, taxes, shipping costs, or other fees do not count towards that minimum.

  • Suitical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at its discretion.

02. Discounts & Offers for Our Shop

  • Discounts and special offers apply only to purchases made via Suitical’s official webshop and cannot be redeemed with third-party retailers unless otherwise stated.

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.

  • Offers are valid while supplies last and may be limited to specific products, collections, or regions.

  • Suitical reserves the right to revoke discounts if misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

03. Social Media Promotions

  • Promotions hosted on Suitical's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) will follow the rules stated in the post.

  • Participants must follow the entry requirements (e.g., liking, commenting, sharing, tagging, or following accounts).

  • Winners will be selected as per the criteria mentioned in the promotion announcement.

  • Suitical will only notify winners via its official accounts (see below our official accounts).

  • If a winner does not respond within the given timeframe, a new winner may be selected.

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

04. Promotions via Affiliates

  • Promotions run through Suitical’s authorized affiliates or partners will be subject to their terms in addition to these general conditions.

  • Any disputes or inquiries regarding an affiliate promotion must first be addressed with the respective affiliate before contacting Suitical.

  • Suitical reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating affiliate-specific conditions.

05. Give-Away Conditions

  • Eligibility: Giveaways are open to legal residents of the countries or regions specified in the giveaway announcement, aged 18+ (or the legal age of majority in their country).

  • How to Enter: Participants must follow the instructions stated in the giveaway announcement.

  • Winner Selection: Winners are chosen at random or based on predefined criteria and will be notified via official Suitical accounts.

  • Prize Conditions:

    • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative items.

    • If the prize includes a Suitical Gift Card, it can only be used on suitical.com and is non-transferable.

    • Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced.


Suitical reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to gain an unfair advantage or violates these terms.

By participating, entrants release Suitical and its affiliates from any liability related to the giveaway, including but not limited to shipping delays, product defects, or technical issues.
