Terms and Conditions for #Yessuitical

By responding to our request with the hashtag #Yessuitical, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your content by Suitical® International B.V.

Usage Rights

By granting permission:

·      You allow Suitical® to use your content, including any accompanying text, photos, or videos, across our online and offline channels, including but not limited to:

·      Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

·      Website and email marketing

·      Flyers, posters, brochures, and other printed materials

·      (Paid) advertising campaigns on social media and other platforms

The content may be enhanced with graphics or branding elements from Suitical®, but we will not alter the visuals in any way that changes the original meaning, such as editing colors, faces, or other essential details.

Your Responsibilities

You confirm that you own the rights to the content and have the authority to grant us permission to use it.

You confirm that the content does not infringe upon the rights, including intellectual property rights, of any third parties.

You agree that all individuals featured in the content have given their consent for its use as described above.

Compensation

By granting rights via #Yessuitical, you acknowledge that this agreement does not entitle you to compensation of any kind.

Revocation of Rights

If you wish to revoke the usage rights for your content, please contact us at marketing@suitical®.com. We will remove the content from future use, but please note that removal from printed materials or previously published online posts may not be possible.
