By responding to our request with the hashtag #yessuitical, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your content by Suitical International B.V.

Your content may be enhanced with graphic or brand-related elements from Suitical, but we will not edit visuals in a way that alters their original meaning, such as changing colors, faces, or other essential details.

02. Your Responsibilities

By agreeing, you confirm that:
• You own the rights to the content and have the authority to grant us permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any individuals appearing in the content have given their consent for use as described above.

03. Compensation

By granting usage rights via #yessuitical, you acknowledge that this agreement does not entitle you to any form of compensation.

04. Withdrawal of Rights

If you wish to withdraw the usage rights for your content, please contact us at marketing@suitical.com. We will then remove the content from future use. However, please note that removal from printed materials or already published online posts may not be feasible.
