Find the right size for the best recovery

Measure your dog from the neck to the base of the tail and check the size chart to find the right fit. If your dog falls between two sizes, always choose the smaller one. No, the Recovery Suit® for dogs and cats is different and specifically designed to fit the unique anatomy of each animal. The solid black, blue, and pink camouflage suits are made for dogs, while the black camouflage version is designed for cats. The cat suit features a larger opening under the tail, allowing it to stay on during litter box use.
Can dogs tear, lick, or bite the Recovery Suit®?
Yes, this is possible. Suitical products are not made of Kevlar, as we prioritize breathable fabric and proper air circulation. If pets feel uncomfortable, they may try to bite or lick the wound area or the suit itself.
Some dogs may lick the Recovery Suit® as part of their grooming routine or because they instinctively want to lick their wound or stitches. If your dog keeps licking, try distracting them with playtime or a treat. Occasional licking of the suit is not a problem, but excessive biting that creates large holes should be avoided.
